The initiative pointed out that all companies should strengthen organizational leadership, activate emergency plans according to the "Property Insurance Hazardous Accident Classification and Disposal Measures," "Property Insurance Hazardous Accident Emergency Disposal Standards," "Property Insurance Major Hazardous Accident Claims Service Standards," "Vehicle Insurance Major Disaster Claims Guidelines," and other regulatory provisions and industry self-regulatory documents. Companies should actively mobilize claims resources, prepare survey and claims teams, large sums of claim payments, and increase support for disaster-affected areas. Strengthen cooperation among various industry institutions, insurance companies should enhance negotiation and cooperation. Consistent loss assessment standards and claims standards for similar subjects should be maintained, establish a survey and loss assessment result recognition mechanism, and improve the speed of survey and loss assessment. Reinsurance companies should actively follow up on the disaster handling process and provide reinsurance support. Appraisal companies should actively allocate survey forces after receiving commissions and quickly complete the survey, identification, and estimation of insurance subjects.
