A batch of new regulations will be implemented starting in August.

The "Regulations on the Sharing of Government Data" will be implemented from August 1, 2025. The National Health Commission, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, National Health Commission, and All-China Federation of Trade Unions jointly released the revised "Classification and Catalogue of Occupational Diseases" adjusting the original 132 occupational diseases under 10 categories to 135 occupational diseases under 12 categories. The revised catalogue will be implemented from August 1, 2025. The General Administration of Market Regulation will implement the "Management Rules for Recalling Special Equipment with Defects" from August 1. The national standard for "Intelligent Beds" approved and released by the General Administration of Market Regulation will also be implemented starting from August 1.
