Increase financial and tax policy support, encourage social capital investment, reduce the cost of transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises, provide policy consultation, technical guidance and other services to small and medium-sized enterprises in the cooperation chain, and work together to promote the popularization of enterprise intelligent transformation.
