Typhoon No. 8 "Zhu Jiecao" of this year was located in Yixing, Jiangsu at 7 a.m. on July 31st, gradually moving away from Zhejiang Province, with its impact on Zhejiang obviously weakening. The water levels in rivers in Yuyao and other areas of Ningbo continued to fall after peaking last night, and the overall flood situation in Zhejiang Province remains stable. According to the "Zhejiang Flood Control and Typhoon Emergency Response Plan", the Zhejiang Provincial Flood Control Headquarters decided to adjust the emergency response for typhoons to level IV at 8 a.m. on July 31st.
