US copper mining concept stocks almost all collapse, US President Trump excluded refined copper from copper tariffs. The US Copper Index ETF fell by 19.31%, while the copper mining ETF fell by 2.9%. Freeport-McMoRan fell by 9.46%, with a cumulative decline of 13% in the last five trading days. Hudbay Mining fell by 7%, and Southern Copper Company fell by 6.33%.
