Trade Association: Strengthening the disclosure of debt financing instrument issuance

The Securities Dealers Association has issued a notice on regulating the bookkeeping, filing, issuance, and underwriting work in the interbank bond market, stating that lead underwriters should pay high attention to the issuance and sale of debt financing instruments, improve the quality of market-oriented issuance services, and standardize the level. If debt financing instruments involve balance underwriting and proprietary investments by lead underwriters, the issuer should disclose relevant information in the issuance announcement. The Securities Dealers Association will continue to monitor and regularly announce this.
