Jushi Chemical announced on July 30th that the board of directors agreed to elect Mr. Chen Gang as the chairman of the seventh board of directors of the company, to serve as a director in charge of the company's affairs and to act as the legal representative of the company. They also agreed to appoint Yang Zhonghe as the company's general manager, Liu Penghui and Li Xinhe as vice general managers, Wu Yang as the chief financial officer, and Bao Wei as the secretary of the board of directors. Their terms will be consistent with the current term of the board of directors.
