CITIC Securities: Appoint Zhu Yong as a non-executive director and elect as vice chairman

On the evening of July 30th, CITIC Securities announced that the 16th meeting of the third board of directors had approved the proposal to appoint a non-executive director. The meeting agreed to submit to the shareholders' meeting the proposal to elect Zhu Yong as a non-executive director of the company, and at the same time, to submit to the shareholders' meeting to authorize the board of directors and delegate to the company's management team to handle matters related to the appointment of directors.
