Cloud Sky Inspire Flying Announcement: The company has submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the issuance of H shares on July 30, 2025, and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and on the same day, the application materials for this issuance and listing were published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website. This issuance will be limited to overseas investors who meet certain conditions and domestic qualified investors who are entitled to invest in overseas securities in accordance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations.
