HAITO Group: Shareholder Da Zheng Group plans to reduce its stake in the company by no more than 1%.

HaTou Corporation announced on the evening of July 30th that the Da Zheng Group, with a 9.45% stake in the company, plans to sell up to 20.8057 million shares through the stock exchange in a centralized competitive bidding transaction, not exceeding 1% of the total share capital of the company.
