After the completion of the capital increase, the equity ratio of Communication Brain Technology Company changes to 40% for Wisdom Dynamics, 24% for Zhejiang Radio and Television, 20% for the provincial industrial fund, 8% for Zhejiang Publishing, and 8% for Zhejiang Wento. Wisdom Dynamics remains the controlling shareholder of Communication Brain Technology Company, and Communication Brain Technology Company is still included in the company's consolidated financial statements. Recently, the provincial industrial fund has transferred the remaining 50% of the investment amount, totaling 70 million yuan, as the second installment of investment funds to the special fund account opened by Communication Brain Technology Company.
