CINNO Research: The installed capacity of the central control unit CID in Chinese passenger cars increased by 12% year-on-year in the first half of 2025.

According to CINNO Research data, the installed capacity of CIDs in China's passenger cars in 1H'25 was 12.84 million, an increase of 12% year-on-year, with a penetration rate as high as 98%; among them, the sizes of CIDs in new energy passenger cars and fuel passenger cars are 14.1" and 11.0" respectively, increasing by 0.4" and 0.5% respectively year-on-year. With the rapid increase in the penetration rate of new energy and intelligent driving cars, large-sized, high-resolution central control screens CID are accelerating their deployment.
