Boru Communication: Subsidiary companies involved in individual projects of the World University Games.

From August 7th to August 17th, the 12th World Games of 2025 will be held in Chengdu, which is the first time mainland China has hosted the World Games. According to Boray Communication's disclosure on the Interact Easy platform, its subsidiary participated in certain projects of the World Games, with a relatively small amount of funding and expected to have no significant impact on the company's production and operation. Chengdu All Search Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company of Boray Communication, holding 16.83% of its shares. Chengdu All Search is the investment unit for the "World Games World Village A Commercial and Leisure Area Market" project.
