Shanghai Qingpu District: The three-year action plan for improving the quality of elderly care facilities has been released.

The Civil Affairs Bureau of Qingpu District, Shanghai issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for Improving the Quality of Elderly Care Institutions in Qingpu District". The plan proposes that by 2027, the quality of residential care services, the level of medical and nursing care integration, the atmosphere of respecting and caring for the elderly, the professional and technological content, and the safety management capabilities of all elderly care institutions in the district will be comprehensively improved. The satisfaction of the elderly residents in the care institutions will continue to increase, striving to create a new paradigm of institutional elderly care in the people's city. The focus is on the six key areas closely related to the elderly residents in the care institutions - "medical care, nursing, meals, accommodation, mental well-being, and safety" - and carry out the "Eight Actions for Improving the Quality of Elderly Care Institutions" throughout the district.
