Assistant Minister of Public Security and Director of the National Immigration Administration, Wang Zhizhong, introduced at today's "High-Quality Completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan" series of theme press conference held by the State Council Information Office that from January to June this year, a total of 19.15 million foreign nationals entered China through various ports, an increase of 30% compared to the same period last year. Among them, 13.64 million foreign nationals entered without visas, accounting for 71.2%, a 53.9% increase compared to the previous year. The dividends of the visa-free policy continue to be released, promoting exchanges and interactions between the people of China and other countries, enhancing emotions and friendships, and many foreign friends have come to know a comprehensive, authentic, and three-dimensional China through first-hand experience.
