Its business scope includes sales of semiconductor device special equipment, manufacturing of semiconductor device special equipment, and sales of electronic special materials. The equity penetration shown on Qichacha indicates that the company is wholly owned by Landwans New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Mulinsen.
