Huang Ruixue is appointed as the Deputy Governor of Sichuan Province and director of the Provincial Public Security Department.

The second plenary session of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Fourteenth National People's Congress was held on the morning of July 30th. The meeting approved the appointment and dismissal proposal submitted by the provincial government and the governor Shi Xiaolin to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress. It was decided to dismiss Ye Hanbing from the position of Director of the Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department and to appoint Huang Ruixue as Vice Governor of Sichuan Provincial People's Government and Director of Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department.
