Chen Shuping was appointed as the Deputy Governor of Sichuan Province.

The second plenary session of the 14th Standing Committee of the Sichuan Provincial People's Congress was held on the morning of July 30th. It voted to approve the appointment and removal case proposed by the Sichuan Provincial Government and Governor Shi Xiaolin to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and decided to appoint Chen Shuping as the Vice Governor of the Sichuan Provincial People's Government.
