According to the news from the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Water Resources, the precipitation in the Ningjiang River Basin in the past 24 hours due to Typhoon "Zhu Jiecao" reached 106 millimeters. The weather forecast predicts a rainfall of 22 millimeters in the next 24 hours. At 7:25 on July 30, the water level at the Yaojiang Sluice Station in the Ningjiang River Basin reached the alert level of 2.0 meters, marking the first numbered flood of the year in the Ningjiang River.
