Due to heavy rainfall, the rivers in Sanhe City, Hebei Province, experienced significant flooding from the 28th to the 29th. The Sanhe City Flood Control and Drought Resistance Command has initiated emergency responses 4 times, escalating from level IV emergency response for river flood defense to level I. By 5 am yesterday, the evacuation and resettlement of the residents in Sanhe City were completed, with a total of more than 53,800 people evacuated. A total of 12 evacuation and resettlement centers in the city accommodated more than 2,400 evacuated residents.
