Boeing originally planned to deliver two refurbished 747 aircraft last year to replace the aging "Air Force One". However, the project has been delayed for several years and is over budget by billions of dollars. Trump told reporters he was not sure of the exact cost of refurbishing the 13-year-old Qatar Airways jet for presidential use, and noted that it "depends on the military".
