Minister of Finance Lan Foan expressed in his study that it is important to strengthen guarantees for people's livelihoods and address urgent issues concerning the well-being of the people. The government will increase efforts to implement stable employment policies, such as job retention incentives, tax reductions, and employment subsidies, to enhance employment protection for key groups. The government will also increase support for education development to improve the quality of education resources. Additionally, social security, medical care, and other assistance policies will be further implemented to improve the social assistance system and ensure the basic living standards of needy populations. The government will also swiftly implement childcare subsidies, gradually introduce free preschool education, provide subsidies for elderly care services for disabled seniors, and better meet the service needs of the people, especially in terms of caring for the elderly and children.
