Huaneng International Power Development Corporation Limited announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company's executive director and general manager, Huang Lixin, has submitted a written resignation report to the board of directors in accordance with relevant regulations due to job adjustments, resigning from the positions of director, general manager, as well as the member of the board's strategic committee and nomination committee. The board of directors announced that at the fourteenth meeting of the eleventh board of directors held on July 29th, it has resolved to appoint Liu Ancang as the company's general manager.
