On the evening of July 29, Guanghuan New Network announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Zhoushan Baihuida Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise, and concerted action persons Geng Yan, Guo Mingqiang, and Wang Lu, intend to reduce their total shareholdings in the company by up to 1.3114 million shares through centralized bidding trading, representing no more than 0.08% of the company's total share capital.
