Jinshan Cloud (03896.HK) and Xiaomi sign a cooperation framework agreement for Xiaomi until 2025.

Zhitong Finance and Economics APP News, Kingsoft Cloud (03896.HK) announced that on July 29, 2025 (after the trading session), the company entered into a 2025 Cooperation Framework Agreement with Xiaomi. According to this agreement, (1) the company has agreed to purchase and Xiaomi has agreed to provide IDC-related services, with an initial term of three years starting from July 29, 2025, and (2) the company has agreed to purchase and Xiaomi has agreed to sell network hardware equipment, with an initial term of one year starting from July 29, 2025.
