Zhijie Finance APP News, Yaben Chemical (300261.SZ) announced that the company previously planned to use its own funds and/or self-raised funds to externally invest in and acquire a certain amount of shares of Gansu Haotian Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haotian Technology") and/or subscribe to a certain amount of new registered capital in Haotian Technology. Through this transaction, the company plans to further utilize methods including but not limited to proxy voting to achieve control and consolidation of Haotian Technology.
