Yidian Intelligent: Signs Distribution Agreement with SMEG and SEMIKRON

Yitian Intelligent announced on the evening of July 29 that the company recently signed a "Distribution Agreement" in Shengzhou with SMEGS.p.A. The contract is valid for 3 years. The company also signed a "Distribution Agreement" in Shengzhou with Simeko (Shenzhen) Household Appliances Co., Ltd. recently, with a contract validity of 3 years. The company agrees to import and distribute products within the "Region" specified under "Contract One" and "Contract Two". SMEG and Simeko plan to designate distributors responsible for the sales and promotion of products in accordance with the terms of "Contract One" and "Contract Two". The distributors also agree to purchase products from SMEG and distribute them within the designated area. The agreement will take effect on July 1, 2025 and will terminate on June 30, 2028.
