Tianjin adjusts the city's flood control emergency response.

According to the Tianjin announcement, the heavy rainfall process in Tianjin and upstream areas has basically ended. Due to the impact of previous heavy rainfall, rivers such as Chaobai River and Qinglong Bay Jien River in Tianjin will remain at a high water level. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Tianjin Flood Control and Drought Relief Emergency Plan, the city's flood control office, after organizing consultations, has decided to adjust the city's flood control level from Level 3 emergency response to Level 4 emergency response for Baodi District, Wuqing District, Ninghe District, Binhai New District and other four districts starting from 16:00 on July 29, 2025. The Level 3 emergency response for other districts has been lifted.
