Ningxia: uniformly raise the basic medical insurance hospital delivery guarantee standard, promote achieving "zero threshold" reimbursement and 100% reimbursement of expenses within the medical insurance directory.

Recently, the General Office of the Government of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region issued the "Measures for Accelerating the Improvement of the Family Support Policy System to Promote the Construction of a Family-friendly Society", proposing specific measures around childbirth, childcare, daycare, and education. The "Measures" include implementing medical expenses for childbirth, uniformly increasing the basic medical insurance inpatient delivery benefits guarantee standards, promoting "zero threshold" reimbursement and 100% reimbursement for expenses within the medical insurance directory; including flexible employees, migrant workers, and new employment format employees in the maternity insurance, and issuing maternity allowances; for prenatal check-up projects included in medical insurance, reimbursement rates for urban employees and urban and rural residents' basic medical insurance will be increased to 75% and 60% respectively.
