According to the notification from Long Guang Group to domestic creditors, the recipients of this payment are limited to holders of securities accounts who submitted valid votes in this round of domestic debt restructuring and voted "yes" on both proposals. In terms of payment rules, the recipients are limited to accounts registered at the end of the debt registration date and the corresponding number of approved securities. In terms of payment proportion, a payment of 0.2% will be made based on the number of approved securities held by each approved account, and the corresponding number of securities will be simultaneously canceled.
