Hebei: County Road 516 leading to Mayingzi Township in Luanping County has been cleared.

According to the Ministry of Transport, as of now, Hebei Province's Department of Transportation has reopened 207 road sections for passage. For newly added temporary traffic control sections, alternative routes have been established promptly. All 1649 technical monitoring points on highways are in a safe state. In addition, due to continuous rainfall, all three roads leading out of Mayingzi Township in Luanping County, Hebei Province have been destroyed by flooding, cutting off communication between the villagers and the outside world. After two days of continuous clearance by the transportation department, County Road 516 leading to Mayingzi Township has been reopened, and various rescue forces and transportation vehicles have entered Mayingzi Township to carry out rescue operations.
