The journalist learned from the Tianjin Water Affairs Bureau on the 29th that as of 8 a.m. on the same day, the water level at the Gubei Dam on the Chaobai River was 4.05 meters, an increase of 0.8 meters from July 28th, below the warning water level of 5.76 meters.
