State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council announced on July 29th: with the approval of the State Council, China Chang'an Automobile Group Co., Ltd. will be established. It will be represented by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council to fulfill the obligations of the investor on behalf of the State Council, and will be included in the list of enterprises for which the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council fulfills the obligations of the investor.
