Previously, Apple (AAPL.US) began to assemble more iPhone smartphones in India. According to data from Canalys, in the quarter ending in June, India became the country that exported the most smartphones to the United States for the first time, accounting for 44% of the total market share in the United States. Vietnam ranked second, with most of Samsung's products being produced in Vietnam. The share of phones assembled in China dropped significantly from 61% in the second quarter of 2024 to 25% in the second quarter of 2025.
