All Hong Kong afternoon schools are suspended this afternoon.

The Education Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government announced today that due to the black rainstorm warning currently in effect, all afternoon classes will be suspended this afternoon. Morning classes and full-day schools that are already in session should continue until dismissal time, and students can only go home when it is safe to do so. If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a yellow rainstorm warning signal or cancels all rainstorm warnings before 5pm, evening classes will resume as usual unless otherwise notified.
