According to the Wisdom Financial APP, a research report released by Credit Suisse stated that Link Real Estate Investment Trust (00823.HK) would benefit from being included in the Mutual Market Access program. It would expand the base of mainland investors, improve market liquidity, and support a higher valuation. The report also reaffirmed its "outperform" rating and raised the target price from 45 HKD to 50.5 HKD.
