"Shenzhen-made" sequencer decodes basic kinases of Kenyan virus.

"Shenzhen-made" T1+ genetic sequencer recently helped the disease control system to sequence and trace the origins of 4 cases of Kenyan Rift Valley fever virus samples, with sequencing coverage exceeding 99.9%. It is reported that 2 of the infected viruses belong to the East, Central, and South African type of Kenyan Rift Valley fever, while the other 2 belong to the Asian type.
