E-commerce company Youzan completes the placement of 30,155,450 shares, raising approximately HKD 2.41 billion net.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, UbiiX Technology (09880.HK) announced that the placement of shares was completed on July 28, 2025. A total of 30.15545 million shares were placed, accounting for approximately 6.39% of the total issued shares after the placement and issue. The shares were successfully placed at a placement price of HK$82.00 per H share to no less than six underwriters.
