Jiangte Electric Motor (002176.SZ) changes its controlling shareholder to Wang Xin and Zhu Jun. Trading will resume on July 29th.

Wisdom Financial News APP, Jiangte Motor (002176.SZ) announced that on July 24, 2025, Mr. Zhu Jun and Mr. Lu Shunmin signed an "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Beijing Wu Baiyi Mile Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wu Baiyi Mile Technology"). Mr. Zhu Jun and Mr. Lu Shunmin transferred their total 50% equity of Jiangxi Jiangte Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangte Industrial") to Wu Baiyi Mile Technology. After this transfer, Wu Baiyi Mile Technology holds 50% of the equity of Jiangte Industrial, while Mr. Zhu Jun and Mr. Lu Shunmin each hold 25% of the equity of Jiangte Industrial.
