Information from the Wise Investment Finance APP, SF Express (09699.HK) announced that on July 28, 2025 (after trading hours), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shunda Tongxing, the indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of SF Holdings, SF Investment, other investors (collectively referred to as "investors"), and White Rhino Group, together with its founding shareholders and previous rounds of financing shareholders, have entered into a capital increase agreement. According to this agreement, Shunda Tongxing and SF Investment have agreed to make cash contributions to White Rhino Zhidao in the amount of 99.54 million RMB and 56.88 million RMB respectively.
