Jiangte Electric: Company's controlling shareholders changed to Wang Xin and Zhu Jun, stock resumes trading.

Jiangte Electric announced that the actual controllers Zhu Jun and Lu Shunmin signed a stock transfer agreement with Beijing 500 Miles Technology Co., Ltd., transferring a total of 50% of the shares held by Zhu Jun and Lu Shunmin in Jiangxi Jiangte Industrial Co., Ltd. to 500 Miles Technology. After the transfer is completed, 500 Miles Technology will hold 50% of the shares of Jiangte Industrial, while Zhu Jun and Lu Shunmin will each hold 25% of the shares. On the same day, Wang Xin, the controlling shareholder of 500 Miles Technology, signed a "Joint Action Agreement" with Zhu Jun, and Lu Shunmin signed a "Voting Rights Proxy Agreement" with Zhu Jun. After this equity change is completed, the company's controlling shareholder remains unchanged as Jiangte Electric, with the actual controllers changed to Wang Xin and Zhu Jun, and Lu Shunmin having a consistent action relationship with Zhu Jun during the voting rights proxy period. The company's stock will resume trading on July 29, 2025.
