ST Dongshi announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongfang Fashion Driving School Jinzhong Co., Ltd., received an "Execution Notice" delivered by the Jinzhong Intermediate People's Court of Shanxi Province. The Execution Notice requires the company to immediately fulfill the obligation to return 2.51 billion yuan in support and subsidy funds to the applicant, as well as the obligation to compensate for funds misappropriated. At the same time, the company must assume joint liability and share the case acceptance fee and preservation fee totaling 1.2834 million yuan. In addition, the company must bear the costs of this case's execution.
