Jingquan Hua announced that Shenzhen Yuanzhifuhai High-tech Investment Enterprise, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, holds 36.7091 million shares of the company, accounting for 13.63% of the total share capital excluding the shares held in the company's repurchase account. They plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.6936 million shares through centralized bidding from August 19, 2025 to November 18, 2025, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital excluding the shares held in the company's repurchase account.
