Fujian GuoLv has completed the business registration procedures for the transfer of equity and changed its name to "Fujian Caesar Global Travel Co., Ltd." After this change, the company indirectly holds 51% of its equity through its wholly-owned subsidiary Caesar Travel Investment and is included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
