According to the Wall Street Journal app, Peter Kazimir, a member of the Governing Council of the European Central Bank and the Governor of the Central Bank of Slovakia, stated on Monday that the European Central Bank is not in a hurry to lower borrowing costs again, unless there is a major unexpected economic downturn. The reasons for taking action in September are not yet sufficient.
