The reduction price range is 9.3 to 10.03 yuan/share, with a total reduction amount of 16.0039 million yuan; the original plan was to reduce holdings by no more than 1.7688 million shares, or 0.60%; after the reduction, it will hold 40.0939 million shares, accounting for 13.67%.
