The Zhixun Finance APP reported that the China New Consumer Group (08275.HK) has announced that all conditions stated in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement was completed on July 28, 2025. The placement agent successfully placed a total of 96,000,700 shares at a price of HK$0.11 per share to at least six underwriters in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. This represents approximately 11.76% of the company's enlarged issued share capital after the completion of the placement.
