Weiyue Group Announcement: Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhuhai Hualong Decoration Co., Ltd., recently received the winning notification from Zhuhai Hualing Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., confirming that it is the winning bidder for the decoration and supporting projects of the Huafa Xiangshan Lake Villa Project. The winning amount is approximately RMB 522 million. Hualong and Hualing signed a "Construction Engineering Construction Contract", and the scope of the project includes interior decoration, landscape engineering, intelligent engineering, etc. The contract period is 365 calendar days, and the provisional total contract price including tax is RMB 522 million.
