Earth Electric announced that its holding subsidiary, Anhui Easytek Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Anqing Easytek Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., in Huaining County, Anqing City, Anhui Province, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. This investment aims to increase the production capacity of automotive wiring harnesses, meet the localized supporting needs of customers, and enhance customer stickiness. The funding will come from Easytek's own funds or self-raised funds, without involving physical assets, intangible assets, equity contributions, or the use of raised funds.
