China Construction Bank (00939.HK) announced that, with the approval of relevant regulatory agencies, the bank recently issued China Construction Bank Limited's 2025 Tier 2 capital bonds (second tranche) in the national interbank bond market, and completed the issuance on July 25, 2025.
